Discover the highlight of our hotel, the kitchen, which we the owners supervise directly, offering each day to our customers traditional local dishes of our region, always with fresh ingredients sourced directly by us every day in the local area.
 
The day starts out with a rich buffet breakfast featuring sweet and savoury products.  You will find homemade yoghurt, cereals, fruit, fresh pastries, and cold cuts.
 
At lunch there are two menus, offering a choice between meat and fish, accompanied by a buffet of mixed salads and seasonal vegetables, and for dinner the buffet is enriched with appetizers, finger food, and fresh salads that vary continually depending on the ingredients that can be sourced locally.  Meals are accompanied by free self-service natural water.

In addition, particular attention is paid to the food needs of each customer, with the possibility of dietary menus, vegetarian menus, and menus for people with coeliac disease.
 
And for children, who can dine on our comfortable high chairs, we have created a cooking corner just for new mothers who want to prepare the food for their little ones on their own.
